| Laser Targeting: The device emits a laser beam, which helps to target the specific area on the object or surface from which the temperature will be measured. It's important to note that the laser itself does not measure temperature; it's simply a visual aid for aiming. Infrared Detection: The thermometer contains an infrared sensor that detects and measures the amount of infrared radiation emitted by the object. The sensor can detect a wide range of infrared wavelengths. Temperature Calculation: Once the infrared radiation is detected, the thermometer uses the sensor data to calculate the temperature of the object. This calculation is based on the Stefan-Boltzmann law, which relates the intensity of the emitted radiation to the temperature of the object. Display: The calculated temperature is then displayed on the screen of the thermometer. Some models may also provide additional features such as a backlight, adjustable emissivity settings, or the ability to store temperature readings. |
| NOTE: 1. When measuring temperature, consider the Object distance ratio
(the ratio of distance from product to measured object and diameter of object)
and the size of measurement area. When the distance increases,
the measurement area will increase accordingly.
2. If you want to measure boiled water or others liquids to test the
quality of the product, please note that keep smoke or water vapor
out of temperature sensing area when measuring, and keep the
measurement angle at 45 ~ 60 degrees.
